I promised I would post this and finally I am getting to it. It is yummy, my kids love it and are always happy to see it. It is quick, easy and only 7 points on Weight Watcher's (that includes the potato!)
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups fat free milk
1/4 cup fat free half and half
1 T parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese
Melt margarine in saucepan, stir in flour. Slowly add milk and half and half. Stir and heat until boiling, until thickens. Add remaining ingredients. Can either serve right away or keep in crockpot on low for no more than 3 hours. Serve over baked potatoes.
Since this is a favorite I always double and for leftovers I will triple.
I serve this with a Green Salad and Breadsticks. Enjoy!!
